Jyoti Magnet Magnetic Pulley is designed for efficient and continuous separation of ferrous contaminants from bulk materials conveyed on belt systems. Installed as a head pulley, the magnetic pulley replaces a standard conveyor pulley and automatically attracts and separates tramp iron without interrupting material flow. As the conveyor belt passes over the pulley, ferrous particles are held securely to the belt surface by the powerful internal magnetic field, while non-magnetic material is discharged normally. The trapped iron is then carried out of the magnetic field and safely released underneath the conveyor. Manufactured using high-intensity permanent magnets, Jyoti Magnet Magnetic Pulley offers deep magnetic penetration, making it highly effective even for buried or difficult-to-separate iron contaminants.
